"Sad to say that Opee the wonder dog died today of old age. Mike Schelin (Opee's dad) and Opee have brought many smiles and warmth into the world. Thank you for being such a great "dogfather" and being a friend. I will remember Opee nearly every day, as a very large framed photo of you and Opee hangs in my office. It's from the Elsinore GP, and Opee's tongue is hanging out and covered in dirt. It looks like he is smiling, and it makes me smile every time I see it. I know it hurts a lot, but thank you for sharing Opee with all of us."
